"I went through many ups and downs, every time for me, it was an individual event. During the creation of these paintings, I would say to myself, everything will pass, then, just let this face to suffer the pain and bear it. "

"Actually, I did not intentionally show some deep stuff, it was just a kind of living condition, people in today's complex society, divers life, diverse ideas, pressures (including the spiritual and material) that they suffered are very large, they don¡¯t know what they want and what they should give up. When people live in this condition during a long time, you¡¯ll become resolute, but you can not always have such a resolute face to affront the world, only when I create these artworks, I will be resolute in my heart, actually they are my portrait. I rarely think about what the audience will consider, I just want them not to limit to a certain artistic language, only regard it as visual arts, and recognize it, understand its visual impact, and then do not keep too far. "
